I have experience of assessing and treating clients (adults, children, and groups) across a broad range of NHS health care settings. This has included work in GP surgeries, primary care, improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT), community mental health teams (CMHT), and Mental Health Liaison Teams (MHLT). Within these settings, I have provided high quality evidence-based psychological therapies to people who present with a range of mental health difficulties from mild and moderate to severe and enduring.
I have worked with individuals experiencing problems including, but not limited to, anxiety related difficulties (i.e., generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, phobias, and OCD); depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, ADHD, ASD, among others.
