Services

In addition to offering psychological therapy, I provide a range of services that are designed to support trainee mental health professionals, and organisations alike. I offer evidenced-informed approaches that are grounded, reflective, and impact-driven. Please see below for the additional services I offer.

Clinical Supervision

My service offers clinical supervision to trainee counselling or clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists, and student therapists or counsellors. I am an experienced and trained clinical supervisor and registered on the British Psychology Society (BPS) register of applied psychology practice supervisors (RAPPS). I am an integrative Clinical Supervisor, which means I draw on a variety of supervisory models including the 'CLEAR model’ (Hawkins & Smith 2006) of supervision which is a structured, relational model that creates space for reflection, and the 'Seven-eyed Supervision Model' (Hawkins & Shohet, 2006), which offers a systemic lens for understanding the processes of therapy and supervision as a whole. I will work with you by attentively listening to your needs and challenges, and provide you with an environment in which you can learn, develop and thrive in your clinical practice.

Personal Tutoring/Research Supervision

Are you undertaking studies in the field of counselling, psychotherapy or counselling/clinical psychology? Do you need guidance and feedback on your work? I hold a qualification in teacher training, and have experience in offering guidance and feedback on qualitative and quantitative research projects, and academic assignments. My services offer dedicated support to psychology students navigating their academic journey—from understanding complex concepts to developing strong research skills. Whether you’re working on essays, dissertations, or independent research projects, I provide clear, structured guidance to help you build confidence, think critically, and improve your academic performance. My approach is grounded in academic rigour and personalised to your learning needs.

Corporate Services - Teaching & Training

I understand that employee wellbeing is at the heart of high performance. I partner with organisations to enhance employee wellbeing through tailored, evidence-based guidance. My approach integrates psychological insight with practical strategies to help build resilient teams, reduce burnout, and foster a culture of care. Whether you are seeking support with mental health initiatives, staff training, or wellbeing strategy development, I provide thoughtful, sustainable solutions that prioritise both people and performance. If you would like to discuss a personalised service for your organisation, please contact me.

My Research

My doctoral research explored self-compassion in qualified Counselling Psychologists, which is an area of particular interest to me, and how this can then be developed in both trainee and qualified clinicians in order for them to provide the highest standards of care for their clients, alongside effective self-care.
